Fungus is good for you!
I just started a little Fungus Farm!! Mycelium, that simple organism is everywhere, yet nowhere (to be seen)
Since it will be placed in the soil eventually, I decided to see if I can use fresh Shiitake Mushrooms. If they are happy and decide to pop up as mushrooms, that will be my bonus.
Soaked corrugated cardboard, pulled apart in sheets; a used, cleaned lunchbox; bits of mushrooms preferably with some debris on their stalks.
2 days later and growth is visible. More to come …
