Do you prefer reading coffee table books (picture), biographies, fiction, non-fiction, educational?
Fiction ~ As an only child, by age 8, I was addicted to Enid Blyton’s The Five Find Outers and Secret Seven. It allowed me to freely drift into the world of mystery and adventure without the need to talk to anyone. As life continued, so did my reading habits which have led to authors like David Balducci, Daniel Silva, John Grisham, etc. From thriftstores & libraries, they are so cheap compared to Singapore so, OK, confession time: I’m a hardcore fiction book addict. 😦
What is your biggest fear or phobia? (no photos please)
Hurricanes! Bad things happen in 3’s, right? I been through 3 and I hope I’ve met my hurricane quota for this life.
What is your favorite cheese?
English Stilton ~ the stinkier the better!!
What is your favorite month of the year?
January. It always gives me a feeling of starting afresh.
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
The sprouting of a brand new banana bud last week made me feel that all that heavy downpour was worth it… because I’m going to get super Raja Bananas in January! (my favorite month)
In the coming week I look forward to buying small presents for my close friends in Singapore and Malaysia. Then I’ll be on Skype to let them know I’ll be heading their way very soon for a month-long vacation. (Yippee!!) 😀
