Yusheng 鱼生

In my earlier post of Share Your World – 2015 Week #7 I made mention of the Lunar New Year dish Yusheng.

In case anyone is curious & interested in trying to prepare & taste this dish (home style), or even its history, this is the best video by a Singaporean Food Expert, Mr K F Seetoh, who runs the website Makansutra.
