Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge: Trees

Trees have always fascinated me. They have a “mind” of their own and grow as they like. Now, many urban areas do value old trees.

I simply couldn't this tree in a frame - if I want the bench as a benchmark.

Can trees and ruins co-exist?  They seem to at the Angkor Wat.

Each morning, I say ‘hello’ to my humble oak tree which we blatantly saved by DIYing this oakwell before 4ft of filldirt came ~ yes, we made several trips to Home Depot just to buy those 4×6 wood chunks and rebars, seemed ridiculous then ~ but well worth it, now.

My 'little' oak tree.

  1. The trees and ruins are so mystifying. Wonderful photos.
