Did your contact lens pop out?
Did you fall and break your spectacles while girl/guy watching?
Looking for an optician, squinting, trying to read signboards?
Have no fear, you know there’s an optician right here!
Can’t resist sharing this on Cee’s Oddball Photo Challenge. 😀
What’s Left is not Right but
What’s Right is not always worth a fight … Right?
Just being a little Cushy …
Now that’s an Oddball matter of opinion, I think. 😕
Looking through some photos taken on my recent trip to Australia (and trying to recover from jet lag) I thought I’d share this rather cute banner, which caught my eye, on the side of a car in Perth. 😀
My small contribution to Cee’s Oddball Challenge, Week 41. This photo was taken last week in Hunter Valley, the wine region of Australia.
It has been a busy stretch, with visitors, but while in the midst of playing the role of a “guide-of-sort”, I happen to see this and I knew, I simply knew, I had to take a shot to share on Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge. 😆
As I walked into a departmental store’s beauty products & pharmaceutical section, the last thing I expected to see was …
a well dressed “bone-man”
Since the name on the tag is Mr. Bones (& I don’t think he’s the actor from a movie with the same name), I have to assume it was a MAN before HE became a MAN-nequin, right? But …
Why does HE need glasses when he has no eyeballs?
And why would HE be there advertising skin creams when he now has no skin? Go figure!
Since I’ve followed Cee’s Oddball Photo Challenge, I’ve actually become more observant and now capture ‘odd ball’ photos which in the past I would have simply laughed at and forgotten about. It’s just destiny how one’s change in lifestyle comes with changes in opinion, observation, habits and even sense of humor.
I took 2 photos of rooms side-by-side in a pretty big hotel, with conference facilities … something just seemed kinda odd, IMHO. 😀
These rooms are in the US, not in China or any part of the Orient, so they can’t be Hanyu Pinyin, which is the alphabetized form of Mandarin. Go figure!
We did a short road trip and saw this strange (as in cute) house … and right over the front wall is
then by the side of a large flower pot stand, made from an oil drum, stood ~ the house pet(?)
